Minutes of the January 22, 2008 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:070 by Jim Lee in the Case Music Chorus Room at the Case High School. The following individuals signed in: Jim Lee, Cheryl Lee, Mary Furtado Colleen Mulligan, Richard Cordeiro, Amy Hubbard, Deb Fontaine and Dave Fontaine.

Secretary’s report for November 2007 was presented and accepted

Treasurer’s reports for October and November 2007 were presented and accepted

Old Business:

Lost Radical Rick’s deposit

Dave Fontaine has taken inventory of trophies and what is needed to bring them up to date. CHAMPS responsible for Brightman 2003 and Hanley 2003

Old risers donated to Brown School

Only 2 “no shows” at gift wrapping

Still have not received magazine bill.

New Business:

Rick needed check for $200.00 for NESBA hosting fee. All schools to co-host Fall Homeshow

March 9, 2008- Winter Homeshow. Simple one page schedule mentioned in place of program.

Winter guard Season starts Feb. 23, 2008- and ends April 6, 2008- 6 shows- Pick up truck needed to transport mat. No props being used. Winter guard instructors told not to cut last years mat. Amy to find alternate mat to cut.

Banquet and Hanley Dinner location and dates TBA- Deb to contact Venus for dates and menu, Mary F. to contact McGovern’s for dates and menu

Upcoming Fundraising suggestions- Avon, Brecks Bulb’s, Foxwoods trip in the spring, Family Bingo night, Candy sales and canning.

Mary Furtado to set up Canning dates.
