This year’s Holiday Gift Wrap is projected to be the most profitable in years. We will once again be at the busier Sears location. However, the manpower that is necessary to run this location is much more of a responsibility for us than we have taken on in the past. We need your help to cover the additional shifts. Many shifts are during the day! We are asking that if any adult (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles etc.) is available during the day, that they aid us in our efforts to earn money for the students by covering these day shifts. These day shift are very light traffic shifts and can be easily covered by one volunteer. If we can get one adult volunteer to work a shift for each student in the music department, we will be able to fill our mall shift requirements. Your money can go directly to the students!!! Here’s how it works…
Each shift will require adult supervision (This can be parents, grandparents, or any adult willing to lend a hand that is 21 years of age or older.)
Student help will be available during after-school hours.
Students can earn money towards music trips, letter jackets, music supplies, banquet tickets and more…
Adults can either earn money in their accounts for participation in music trips, banquet tickets and more, or donate their earnings to a music department student!!! (Disbursement forms will be available at the booth for those interested in donating their earnings to a student!)
At the conclusion of the fundraiser, the profits will be split between CHAMPS Student/Adult Accounts and CHAMPS General Fund which is used for the purchasing of equipment, scholarships and other music department needs! Each hour worked will be given a dollar amount after the profits are tallied!
The sign-up book will be at the high school and once the gift-wrap season starts, will be available at the booth in the Mall! (Sign-ups are available on the school website www.casemusic.org, as well as by calling the phone numbers below or signing up at the gift wrap station in the mall!)
